DOM Security improves online presence and optimizes the customer journey with the Sitecore platform

DOM Security, a European manufacturer of mechanical and electronic locking solutions, needed more than a standard CMS to improve its online presence, better support its 8,000+ partner network and optimize the customer journey. To enable personalization, email marketing and easier content management, DOM Security selected Sitecore (Sitecore 8.2 / Sitecore Experience Platform) with implementation support from partners including Sidewalk.

Using Sitecore on Microsoft Azure, DOM Security launched a global site in 2016 and rolled out modular national sites, enabling targeted personalization, web forms for marketers and reuse of site structure across countries. The Sitecore implementation improved content creation and partner support, unified brand appearance and powered a Facebook test campaign that reached over 80,000 people with more than 7,000 landing-page visits — demonstrating measurable audience engagement and a stronger digital marketing capability thanks to Sitecore.
