Samaritan Health Services, a not‑for‑profit regional health system serving about 290,000 Oregonians, faced an outdated digital presence (its last redesign was in 2009) and needed to unite Samaritan Health Services and Samaritan Health Plans, move off SharePoint, streamline content creation for ~30 editors, and prepare for personalized customer experiences. They engaged Americaneagle.com as a Sitecore Solution and Hosting Partner to lead a data‑driven digital transformation using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 8.1) with xDB/FXM and Sitecore XP on Azure.

Americaneagle.com migrated thousands of pages into a shared Sitecore repository powering 11 websites, created five personas via the Sitecore SBOS methodology, implemented Sitecore xDB and personalization, and delivered a "crawl, walk, run" optimization roadmap.
