The Ministry of Employment (uk.bm.dk) needed to rapidly migrate content and relaunch its main site plus two agency sites to support digitization, ensure a consistent design across agencies, and stay within tight budgetary and timeline constraints. Addition Consulting, a Sitecore partner, was engaged to deliver the solution using Sitecore’s .NET CMS.

Addition implemented an automated content-migration robot, a reusable Website Component Container Framework (WCCF), and SCRUM project management to build the Sitecore-based platform in just six weeks, delivering on time and within budget. The result was consistent, templated agency sites that can share content and modules, faster campaign launches and reduced resource impact—measurable in the six-week delivery and streamlined migration achieved by Addition.
