Facing the problem that small, independent shops couldn’t procure goods at fair market rates like large chains, CUPS partnered with Sitecore to build a B2B ecommerce marketplace using Sitecore OrderCloud to aggregate suppliers and streamline purchasing.
Sitecore delivered the CUPS Supply Store — a one-stop B2B marketplace that lets shops buy by category or supplier, place single orders across multiple suppliers, and lets admins set supplier-specific rules. Built in three months, the Sitecore-powered marketplace drove over 800% sales growth in the first eight months and grew the number of coffee shops placing orders each month by more than 280%.
