Creating seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms and languages

Cirque du Soleil, the global live entertainment company behind dozens of shows and multiple brands, needed to create a seamless customer experience across its digital platforms while replicating the excitement of a live show online. It also wanted to speed up content creation in multiple languages across its various entertainment brand sites. Sitecore’s XP and xDB products were used to support this digital transformation.

Sitecore implemented the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 9) and Sitecore Experience Database (xDB) to deliver personalization across Cirque du Soleil’s digital ecosystem. The results included increased brand loyalty and repeat business, faster development for French, English, Spanish, and Mandarin sites, and higher engagement and conversion rates. With about one-third of Cirque du Soleil’s 11–12 million annual ticket sales happening online, Sitecore helped drive measurable impact at scale.
