Contiki launches Sitecore based engagement platform to deliver personalised digital experiences with #noregrets

Contiki, a global travel operator for 18–35s, needed to re-engage a tech‑savvy, digital-native audience by revamping its website to improve usability, reconnect the brand and lift online sales and bookings. To achieve this, Contiki selected Sitecore and its Experience Platform (Sitecore 8.1 with Experience Editor/Experience Manager) to drive personalised content and journeys for different customer personas and stages in the buying cycle.

Using Sitecore, Contiki built an engagement platform with personalised content, natural‑language search, contextual CTAs and a smoother brand→experience→product journey, plus Salesforce and ExactTarget integration for trigger‑based marketing automation. The Sitecore implementation delivered measurable impact: 11% increase in sales, 49% more leads from online quote and brochure requests, an 11% rise in online conversion rates and 21% more page views.
