Comgest, a responsible-investing asset manager, faced an outdated, desktop-only web presence with separate regional/language sites, complex fund pages for roughly 200 share classes, and the need to deliver personalized content in five languages while meeting regulations across 20 countries — all with a small in-house marketing team. To modernize and personalize its digital experience, Comgest selected Sitecore, using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 9.0) and Experience Manager.

Using Sitecore (XP 9.0 and Experience Manager) integrated with CRM, Microsoft Azure PaaS and geolocation services, the vendor consolidated multiple regional sites onto a single multi-language platform, enabled personalized targeting for retail/wholesale/institutional audiences, and delivered interactive fund data and document libraries.
