Using Sitecore analytics and XP, Chick‑fil‑A and Arke identified key customer segments, prioritized goals, and delivered real‑time, persona and Geo‑IP personalization across web and mobile. The Sitecore‑enabled solution drove measurable gains: a 450% increase in online breakfast catering orders, a 44% rise in product page views and a 175% uplift in story page views for the “Fan” segment, alongside substantial increases in engagement value.
