Carlisle Construction Materials faced the challenge of modernizing a 10-year-old web platform to support two sites across 50 countries, streamline a document-assembly and product search experience, consolidate multiple web projects, drive engagement and leads, and give global customers quick access to region-specific roofing products. To meet these needs they worked with Sitecore, deploying Sitecore Experience Manager and Platform (XP 9.0), xDB, SXA and Sitecore Services alongside integrations such as Digizuite DAM and Google Maps.
Sitecore implemented a consolidated, flexible platform including the CCM “Roofing System Selector Tool,” chat bot integration and Team Development workflows, which migrated the legacy system and saved $50,000 in development costs. The Sitecore solution doubled Carlisle’s engagement score to 25,000 (with a 1,600 score for the selector tool), increased page views by 30%, reduced bounce rates by 4% and 8% on the two sites, and improved customer connections and lead-generation capabilities.
