Carglass, a leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement with franchisees across markets, needed more control over its Belgium and Luxembourg web presence to personalize experiences, drive online bookings, reduce call-center volume, improve mobile conversion, and enable local marketers to manage content. The company chose Sitecore (Sitecore Experience Platform running on Microsoft Azure) to deliver a platform that could be locally administered and support rapid personalization.

Sitecore, implemented by partner The Reference, delivered a fully responsive, personalized website in under five months with streamlined booking journeys and data-driven recommendations. The relaunch drove measurable results: share of online bookings rose from 30.1% to 31.6% (about a 5% relative increase), conversion rates increased to 55.4% (desktop +8%, mobile +6.4%), smartphone/tablet visitors doubled (100% increase), bounce rate fell 16.1%, session duration grew 12.5%, and overall site traffic and booking volume rose significantly.
