Carglass® — part of the Belron group and a specialist in repairing and replacing car windows — needed to move to a digital‑first model but was constrained by limited local flexibility, a sub‑optimal mobile user experience, and dependence on a centralized platform for feature changes. To address these challenges they chose Sitecore®, deploying the Sitecore® Experience Platform™ (XP) 8.1 to give Belgian Carglass® more control and a stronger customer‑experience focus.

Sitecore® implemented XP 8.1 hosted on Microsoft Azure with 24x7 support and integration to Microsoft Dynamics, delivering a fully responsive website and faster time‑to‑market for features. The new solution doubled smartphone conversions, increased the number of appointments made via mobile, improved the customer effort score (CES), and gave Carglass® the scalability and flexibility to launch new features in days or hours.
