California Teachers Association improves members’ digital experiences with Sitecore XM Cloud

The California Teachers Association (CTA) wanted to improve the digital experience on its Member Benefits website, which helps more than 300,000 members access insurance, financial services, travel discounts, retirement planning, and other resources. CTA needed a high-performing, easy-to-manage platform with better search, and chose Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore Search to modernize the experience.

Sitecore, working with solution partner Oshyn, rebuilt the site on a cloud-native, composable platform with AI-powered search and integrations for Azure B2C and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The new site delivered 67% faster response times, 40% better mobile PageSpeed, and 45% better desktop PageSpeed, while also reducing maintenance needs and total cost of ownership.
