Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG), a Canadian law firm, faced the need to transform its digital presence to reinforce thought leadership and make expert content more discoverable. Working with Sitecore, BLG set out to redesign the user experience, revamp user flows, create connected multilingual content, and implement powerful, relevant search using Sitecore Experience Manager (XM) and Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 9.2) with integrations to Azure PaaS and Coveo.

Sitecore’s implementation (delivered alongside partner Valtech) provided the upgraded CMS, connected content models, translation workflows and enhanced search capabilities. As a result, Borden Ladner Gervais saw traffic to its expert content increase by more than 200% in two months and earned an honorable mention in the Sitecore Experience Awards, demonstrating clear, measurable gains in content discoverability and engagement.
