Beam Living, a US property management company, needed a single “above property” technology stack to support multiple applications, personas and properties while personalizing the experience, integrating live unit availability/photography/floor plans from multiple property management systems, capturing authentic community stories, and enabling 24/7 resident engagement. They partnered with Sitecore and deployed Sitecore Experience Manager, Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 9.0.2), Sitecore xDB, Sitecore EXM and Sitecore JSS, with integrations to Dynamics 365 and payment vendors.

Sitecore implemented the platform and integrations to surface real‑time unit availability across disparate systems, streamline the application process, route facility requests immediately, and deliver personalized communications. As a result, the Sitecore solution produced a more fluid and efficient prospect experience, increased website traffic and converted searchers into scheduled tours, leasing contacts or submitted applications.
