Baxter Credit Union (BCU), a $2.8B financial institution serving more than 200,000 members nationwide, needed a more personalized, accessible and omnichannel website to support remote corporate memberships and meet ADA and analytics requirements. To address these challenges BCU selected Sitecore and its Experience Platform (XP) — including Sitecore xDB and FXM — hosted on Microsoft Azure to replace a homegrown solution.

Sitecore’s platform and implementations delivered a personalized, mobile-friendly omnichannel site with improved ADA accessibility and enhanced analytics; the redesigned Home Loans and Mortgages area and targeted marketing drove a 28% increase in loan and mortgage applications, while revised Help and Contact sections now provide one-click access to multiple communication options. Sitecore’s capabilities enabled easier content management, higher site engagement and measurable business impact for BCU.
