Tyres4U, an Australian tyre importer and distributor that operates tyreright.com.au, needed to deliver white‑label e‑commerce sites for motor clubs (NRMA and RACQ) that support roadside assistance, member discounts, real‑time inventory and complex tyre‑fitting bookings, while integrating with its ERP and customer databases. To meet these challenges Tyres4U built the solution on the Sitecore platform to provide extensibility, repeatability and marketing personalization across tenant sites.

Using Sitecore (Sitecore Experience Platform, Experience Commerce, and Sitecore on Microsoft Azure) integrated with Tyres4U’s ERP and NRMA/RACQ customer databases — and delivered with partner Switch — the project added real‑time inventory lookup, distance‑based availability, and a booking engine in checkout to streamline tyre selection and fitting. The Sitecore‑based solution automated manual processes and drove measurable results: a 48% upsell conversion rate, 20% of transactions using Zip Money and a 10% increase in average cart value.
