BUSSQ, a A$4 billion Australian super fund serving more than 85,000 building, construction and civil industry members, created Skylight Financial Solutions to deliver holistic financial planning beyond superannuation. To launch the Skylight brand and build a mobile‑first, personalised digital bridge between members and advisers while streamlining internal processes, BUSSQ chose Sitecore (Sitecore Experience Platform, Sitecore Experience Accelerator and Sitecore Cloud on Microsoft Azure) to power the new site.

Using Sitecore, BUSSQ built the Skylight digital platform and integrated the CMS with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Widget Works (with implementation support from Oakton). The Sitecore‑powered site provides persona‑based segmentation, self‑service assessment tools and targeted communications that free advisers from data collection, improve mobile experience and drive measurable impact — a projected 25% increase in servicing capacity and a 25% reduction in cost per client interaction, along with higher self‑service usage, lead generation and conversions.
