ASQ leans on Sitecore to improve the digital experience for its professional members worldwide

ASQ (the American Society for Quality) is a global professional-membership organization with more than 67,000 members and a website housing 50,000+ articles, courses, books and standards. Its long-standing pain point was a poor on-site search and fragmented content — members often found it easier to use Google than ASQ.org — so ASQ turned to Sitecore, upgrading to Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 9) and adding Coveo for Sitecore to improve search and personalization.

Working with Sitecore (and implementation partner Americaneagle.com), ASQ migrated 50,000+ documents into Sitecore, integrated AI-powered Coveo search and linked Sitecore to its Personify ecommerce, enabling role-based access and iterative feature rollouts. The Sitecore solution drove measurable impact: customer calls about failed searches dropped to zero and internal trouble tickets fell by more than 90%, while ASQ moved toward a personalized, 360-degree member experience.
