Ascendas-Singbridge, a leading sustainable urban-development and business-space provider, needed to consolidate dozens of property websites and omnichannel services onto a single secure platform to improve branding consistency, deployment efficiency, and tenant experiences. To do this it selected Sitecore—deploying Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Experience Database (xDB) and Sitecore Email Experience Manager (EXM) on Microsoft Azure PaaS—to enable richer, personalized communications across web, mobile, kiosks and digital signage.

Sitecore connected touchpoints, backend systems and IoT sensors to power use cases such as digital signage across 56 properties, kiosks in 1,900 restrooms, and the Ascendas‑Singbridge App with shuttle arrival times. The Sitecore implementation delivered measurable gains: website performance improved 40–50%, cloud-hosting costs fell 20% while infrastructure capacity tripled, digital-signage software costs dropped ~60%, and IT freed up 20% more time for innovation.
