American Bath Group, a multi‑brand bathware manufacturer, faced fragmented digital properties and slow, costly processes after growing through acquisitions. To unify its B2B channels and improve efficiency, ABG turned to Sitecore (with partner Sid Lee), standardizing on Sitecore Experience Platform, Sitecore Experience Commerce, Sitecore xDB and Sitecore Print Experience Manager to create a single multitenant e‑commerce foundation.

Using Sitecore to centralize product data, automate catalog updates, enable web‑to‑print workflows and integrate with SAP, ABG reduced print costs by about $1M CAD per year, cut time to implement price changes from six months to 30 days, and increased operational efficiency by 50%. The Sitecore solution also powered the rollout of integrated e‑commerce sites (maax.com, akerbymaax.com, bootz.com and others) and enabled personalized marketing and analytics across ABG’s brands.
