ALS, an analytical testing service provider, faced fragmented global CRM and CMS systems, disjointed customer experiences with multiple data sources, lack of local language capability, and high TCO. To address this, ALS engaged Sitecore—using the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 9.2) and Sitecore Connect for Microsoft Dynamics—to build a single, multilingual digital platform for its global business units.

Sitecore’s solution, implemented with integrations to Azure PaaS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dataweavers and TransPerfect (and delivered by Sitecore Gold Partner Triggerfish), consolidated data into a data‑rich platform, enabled multi‑language support and onboarded six new business streams, four new languages and five country sites. The Sitecore implementation reduced Martech TCO, increased uptime from 98% to 99.98%, cut outages from 1,442 to 1, and improved page load speed by 4,700 ms, while future‑proofing the business for marketing automation, personalization and segmentation.
