Blackmores, Australia’s leading natural health brand, wanted to replace a one‑size‑fits‑all website with a consumer‑driven, personalized online experience. Working with Sitecore (and partner Bullseye), Blackmores selected the Sitecore CMS and Sitecore’s Online Marketing Suite (OMS) to refocus from a product/condition approach to a customer‑centric platform.

Sitecore delivered a personalized CMS with OMS-driven profiling, content versioning, SEO and integrations, while Bullseye added a report‑abuse workflow and custom recommendation features using OMS statistics. The Sitecore-powered site now personalizes content for each of Blackmores’ 304,000 members, enables community discussions and moderated user‑generated content, and increased relevance and engagement through tailored recommendations.
