Therapeutic Research Center (TRC) is a leading provider of medication advisory and learning solutions that delivers thousands of subscription-based, information-rich articles to healthcare professionals. Faced with an aging, home-grown CMS that was not mobile-friendly, required engineers for simple updates, forced duplicate content entry, and limited the ability to scale and launch new products, TRC selected Sitecore and its Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) to modernize content management and improve the user experience.

Sitecore, with implementation support from SymSoft, migrated hundreds of thousands of articles into Sitecore XP (and xDB) using a custom Content Migration Accelerator, enabled single-source authoring and content repurposing, and delivered a responsive, personalized site with Google Analytics integration and Favorites-based personalization. As a result, non-technical staff can make updates and create pages quickly, TRC can launch new products in minutes without programmers, and the organization now has simplified local management, better engagement tracking, and personalized content tailored to nurses, pharmacists, and technicians.
