Questus was engaged by Suzuki to replace an aging, home‑grown CMS that required developers to make any content changes and struggled with e‑commerce and promotions. Questus partnered with Sitecore to deploy Sitecore’s CMS/Experience Cloud to give marketing and non‑technical staff direct control over content, campaigns and dealer tools.

Sitecore provided a customizable platform and native features (publishing windows, media library, geo‑targeting, nightly autopublish) while Questus built a cache‑clearing communicator, caching algorithm and admin toolset. The result: CPU usage fell from ~50% (spikes to 75–90%) to ~20% or less, content publishing times dropped from days to minutes, and Suzuki gained a managed homepage carousel, dealer locator and targeted promotions—boosting productivity across developers, project managers, content editors and the client.
