Tessitura Network is a non‑profit that supports 650+ arts and cultural organizations with a unified CRM and needed to embed robust, secure analytics into both on‑prem and cloud deployments. Their challenge was to deliver a low‑risk, white‑labeled analytics experience that met diverse customer requirements—data transparency, real‑time security, write‑back capabilities—while ensuring smooth installation, internal buy‑in, and broad customer adoption.
Working with Sisense, Tessitura built “Tessitura Analytics”: a white‑labeled, integrated installer and agilely developed platform with custom plugins (Data Dictionary, Dynamic Data Security, Save‑to‑List), extended visualizations, and seamless SSO. They ran MVP pilots, trained staff and customers, published docs and webinars, launched at their annual conference, and trained over 500 users in 2018—delivering a scalable, low‑risk embedded analytics product that increased adoption and met client needs.
