Service Express, a 25-year leader in on-site data center maintenance, was experiencing rapid, double-digit growth after a major 2017 acquisition that pushed revenue past $100M. Their analytics function had been a one-person operation and couldn’t scale with rising headcount and business complexity, so they needed a more robust, scalable way to get timely, accurate insights across the company.

They implemented Sisense for Cloud Data Teams with AWS to unify sources (Salesforce, SQL Server, R, etc.), speed dashboard development and serve as a single source of truth. The result was far faster analytics (development the team estimates up to 10× quicker), revamped scorecards, a predictive model for contract “deletions” surfaced in real-time dashboards for leadership, strong user adoption and support, and a platform that can scale and be embedded for external customer use.
