Qualifa is a fast-growing B2B lead generation firm serving global tech clients like Cisco, HP and Dell. Faced with explosive data volumes and a non-technical analyst (Quentin) manually building large Excel reports, the company endured slow, error-prone workflows: daily reports took two hours and were sent a day late, commission reports took days, and one-off campaign insights required several days of effort and weren’t reusable.

Quentin implemented Sisense, building ElastiCubes and dashboards that moved calculations into the cube and embedded widgets into their Contaca CRM with SSO. The result was real-time, customizable reporting, faster campaign insights, and dramatic efficiency gains: commission and daily reports went from days/hours to real time, campaign reports dropped to about two hours, ~60 dashboards and ~15 ElastiCubes were created, productivity rose 43%, and Quentin now saves roughly 50 hours per month.
