Production Resource Group (PRG) is a global leader in entertainment and event production that has grown through 30+ years of acquisitions, which left the company managing disparate data systems (Oracle, MS SQL and a competitor’s warehouse). Tomas Lebovic, PRG’s Manager of Reporting and Analytics, faced the challenge of merging those varied data architectures and eliminating manual aggregation work so teams could get reliable, timely insights.

PRG implemented a hybrid stack—Sisense for end-to-end BI with cached Elasticubes plus live connections to a Snowflake data warehouse, supported by Fivetran for ETL—so teams can combine Snowflake data with CSVs, spreadsheets and APIs. The result: centralized, real-time dashboards used from shop floor to C‑suite, roughly 100 hours saved per week, scalable infrastructure, and a data team refocused on delivering analytics rather than stitching spreadsheets together.
