Indiana Donor Network Sees Major Increases in Donations Using Analytics

Indiana Donor Network (IDN) is a nonprofit that coordinates organ, tissue, and eye donation across Indiana to save lives. Facing the challenge of fragmented operational data from call centers, patient lists, and hospitals, IDN needed faster, more reliable reporting so teams could make time-critical decisions and better understand which communities to target for donor education.

By implementing Sisense to automate reporting and analytic workflows, IDN’s BI team could quickly break down donor registration rates into actionable components and focus outreach where it matters most. The result was faster decision-making, more targeted community education, and significant increases in donations—culminating in IDN’s most impactful year to date in 2018 with 634 successful transplants.
