Avionté is a Minneapolis-based staffing and recruiting SaaS founded in 2005 that serves nearly 1,000 customers and 25,000 users. Launched in July 2022, INSIGHTS improved decision-making across recruiters, sales, and executives, accelerated ROI, reduced product development overhead, strengthened RFP competitiveness, and boosted customer stickiness and retention—while Avionté continues expanding into forecasting and prescriptive analytics.
