Avionté is a Minneapolis-based staffing and recruiting SaaS founded in 2005 that serves nearly 1,000 customers and 25,000 users. After acquiring COMPAS in 2018 to expand capabilities, Avionté faced a common industry problem: staffing firms lacked a unified view of front- and back-office data, relying on fragmented BI tools that left analytics disconnected from day-to-day decision-making. Avionté set out to embed analytics directly into its product to give customers a holistic, actionable view of their business.
Avionté INSIGHTS, built on Sisense Fusion embedded analytics, consolidated disparate databases into a single, scalable, white-label platform with preconfigured dashboards, customizable no-code reports, and automated delivery. Launched in July 2022, INSIGHTS improved decision-making across recruiters, sales, and executives, accelerated ROI, reduced product development overhead, strengthened RFP competitiveness, and boosted customer stickiness and retention—while Avionté continues expanding into forecasting and prescriptive analytics.
