KargoCard is a China-based supplier and distributor of gift and prepaid cards that runs KargoMalls in 550 venues across 20 cities and partners with retailers such as Amazon and Lawson. Facing up to half a terabyte of incoming data from POS, online and third‑party feeds — often in Excel/CSV — and no dedicated data team, the company needed a BI solution to track sales across thousands of physical points, manage inventory, and provide real‑time reporting to partners.
Co‑founder and CTO Ashmit Bhattacharya implemented Sisense (Elasticube) to consolidate data sources, build a lightweight supply‑chain management layer, and deliver executive and white‑labeled partner dashboards plus mobile BI for store clerks. The solution enabled real‑time A/B testing of store layouts, more efficient restocking and merchandising decisions, and yielded a 48× speed improvement in report generation, boosting operational efficiency and revenue.
