As the company’s user base and flight-data volume grew, FairFly needed a BI solution that could combine multiple sources (including MixPanel and CRM), scale with gigabytes of data, and—critically—be used by non-technical business managers without ongoing R&D support.
FairFly adopted Sisense, which delivered self-service dashboards that refresh automatically four times a day and require no engineering time to maintain. Business teams now independently analyze acquisition channels, customer behavior, retention and savings, uncovering actionable insights (for example, a feature that only added value in one geography) that prevented conversion drops, saved resources, and increased operational efficiency.
