LogicBay provides a configurable, multi-tenant channel-management platform used by over 225,000 users and 11,000 partners worldwide to recruit, onboard and manage indirect sales networks. Their challenge was to deliver embedded, role- and hierarchy-based analytics across hybrid data sources (multi-tenant and single-tenant), while meeting strict security, customization and deployment requirements so each manager only sees the data relevant to their level and role.

LogicBay solved this by embedding Sisense analytics into the app (iFrame) with SSO, REST APIs and row-level security, hosting on AWS with a hybrid Single-Stackā„¢/multi-tenant model and three consolidated ElastiCubes. Custom plugins (data-view switching, FilterQueryChanger, JumpToPage, scheduling and UI theming), an admin console and a formal support/onboarding model enabled tailored, real-time dashboards and workflows. The result: clearer, permissioned insights that boost channel visibility, performance and profitability, increased customer satisfaction, and scalable delivery to major global clients.
