Bloom and Wild Finesses the Workflow of Flower Deliveries

London-based Bloom & Wild is an online florist operating in the U.K., Ireland, Germany and France that must pick, pack and deliver fresh flowers on very tight schedules. Because their product is perishable, the company needed accurate forecasting, real-time operational visibility and automated reporting to minimize waste and manage peak days like Black Friday and Mother’s Day.

Bloom & Wild adopted Sisense for Cloud Data Teams, expanding users from a handful to nearly 60, building rapid dashboards (first Black Friday charts in 20–30 minutes) and creating a real-time “war room” for Mother’s Day to reroute deliveries and send replacements as needed. The platform enabled supplier-shared dashboards and an internal “SQL school” for self-service analytics, delivering faster data-driven decisions, reduced waste, improved cross-functional visibility and scalable reporting to support growth.
