Advocate, a U.S. leader in radiology billing, relied on two billing systems and a data warehouse that fed manual Excel extracts. The legacy process was slow, often timed out, took hours to produce extracts, and couldn’t scale to their growing data volumes (~500 GB).

Under System Architect Brian Bontrager, Advocate implemented Sisense, rebuilt reports, and rolled out three tailored dashboard styles with granular client-level security. The new platform reduced processing time by 16x, scaled the Fusion dashboard from 2 to 5+ clients, improved operational visibility so workloads could be prioritized, and helped clients get paid sooner while enabling organization-wide BI use.
