The Good Care Group, the UK’s leading live-in care provider, needed to replace a disconnected cloud-based rostering system that created duplicate data, double entry, reporting issues, and poor visibility across its technology stack. With no efficient way to combine data from Salesforce Sales Cloud and its previous provider, the company looked for a workforce management solution that could integrate with its existing CRM.
Sirenum, a Salesforce-based workforce management platform, was implemented to unify rostering and CRM data, support custom scheduling requirements, and improve reporting and visibility. The onboarding was completed in under four months, including the manual migration of 850,000 data rows, and Sirenum helped The Good Care Group de-dupe more than 800,000 records, streamline payroll reporting, and gain a clearer picture of carer utilisation across 850 carers and 350 clients.
