Global Electronics Retailer, a global multichannel video game, consumer electronics, and wireless services retailer with more than 7,600 stores worldwide, needed to migrate its complex Windows infrastructure to Amazon Web Services without downtime. The company had to keep more than 30 existing TIBCO Software Enterprise Message Service (EMS) instances in place while ensuring secure, reliable high availability for mission-critical transaction systems, which made the move especially challenging.

SIOS Technology met the need by adding SIOS DataKeeper Cluster Edition to a Windows Server Failover Clustering environment in AWS, enabling shared-storage-free failover protection with easy setup and flexible configuration. The result was a fault-resilient cloud environment with automatic recovery, no data loss, and no interruption to online shopping and ordering, eliminating a single point of failure and helping Global Electronics Retailer migrate successfully without downtime.
