Case Study: Neon Play achieves 43% more installs and 22% lower cost per install with Singular

A Singular Case Study

Preview of the Neon Play Case Study

Optimizing creatives for faster growth Neon Play tells all

Neon Play is an award‑winning UK mobile game developer (known for Idle Army Base and Scrapyard Tycoon) that faced creative fatigue and slow rollout—previously able to publish only one creative per network per week—making it hard to keep CPI low while scaling. To speed up testing and creative refreshes they worked with Singular, leveraging an integration with BidShake’s Creative Manager to manage and optimize their ad assets.

Singular’s integration automated uploads, delivered granular performance data into BidShake’s optimization engine, and let Neon Play move from one creative per week to 3–10 new concepts weekly (about 100–200 ads per week), dramatically increasing testing velocity. As a result Neon Play gained 43% more installs and reduced cost per install by 22%, while saving time on manual tasks and stabilizing their scaling.
