Miami High School Enhances Student Safety with InformaCast® and AtlasIED

Christopher Columbus High School, a private all-boys college prep Catholic school in Miami with about 1,700 students, wanted to strengthen campus safety and improve emergency communications. The school turned to Singlewire Software and its InformaCast mass notification software to help administrators reach students and staff more effectively during critical situations.

Singlewire Software implemented InformaCast with AtlasIED IPX endpoints to deliver audio and visual alerts across mobile and on-premises devices. Connected to 120 IPX endpoints and 20 horns, the solution provided full coverage inside and outside the school’s buildings for emergency messages, regular announcements, and bells, improving communication and creating a better learning, teaching, and safety environment.
