Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center is a 780‑bed skilled nursing facility operated by the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Laguna Honda integrated Singlewire’s InformaCast paging with its existing AeroScout RFID tags to deliver pre‑recorded, multilingual messages (including family voices) that prompt wandering residents to turn around while simultaneously notifying the nurse station of their location.
