Singletree implemented its Intellimas application, configured to function as a centralized database for work orders. The solution replicated a spreadsheet-like interface for user familiarity while introducing key features like automated data sourcing from the PLM system, integrated product images, and a configured workflow. This provided the customer with a standardized, repeatable process, improved data accuracy, and gave management full visibility into work order progress for better prioritization.
