Revera, a New Zealand provider of utility computing infrastructure and enterprise data management, needed to give each customer deep application-level visibility on their dedicated internet feeds to increase transparency and improve the customer experience. Revera engaged Sinefa and its Visibility-as-a-Service offering to deliver this capability without adding hardware or in-line deployments.

Sinefa delivered a cloud-based, per-customer visibility portal that aggregates traffic from Revera’s multiple data centres and provides high-resolution current and historical application visibility with drill-down into usage, hosts, applications, locations and national/international traffic distribution. The Sinefa solution gave Revera immediate centralized visibility, faster root-cause analysis, simplified reporting and delighted customers while remaining always up to date through SaaS delivery.
