How Sinefa helped solve problems on a Telstra Managed WAN

Rathbone Wine Group, an Australian national winery with about 245 staff across four locations and a self-hosted data centre, was experiencing severe network slowness on a Telstra managed WAN that generated as many as 12 service calls per week. Telstra could not clearly identify the cause or offer an affordable fix, and migrations to Office 365 and Windows 10 were making performance worse.
