Harbour Primary and Nursery School, a primary school in Newhaven, East Sussex, needed a more efficient way to communicate with parents and reduce the time and cost of managing school communications. The school wanted a solution that would work seamlessly with its existing SIMS database and support stronger parent engagement, so it chose SIMS InTouch from SIMS.

The school stopped sending paper letters, saving an estimated more than £100 a month, reduced office administration, improved the speed of parent communications, and enabled quicker two-way contact with families, including attendance and safeguarding updates.
