Sky5, a Sydney-based multi-trade and risk compliance firm, faced the challenge of up-skilling long-tenured staff and onboarding new hires after a recent Simpro platform update. With entrenched “bad habits,” low staff turnover but several new people to train, Sky5 needed to balance taking teams offline for training against day-to-day operational demands while improving how they used the Simpro system.

Simpro supported Sky5 with a re-implementation (new instance), on-site training and ongoing resources, enabling the team to adopt more efficient workflows.
