BLUi Security faced a sudden halt to multiple planned projects when accepted quotes were postponed, so the company pivoted to a subscription-based "Security As A Service" model—leasing hardware and offering cloud-based surveillance and ongoing maintenance to generate steady income. To manage the new service delivery and the remaining projects, BLUi Security adopted Simpro and its simPRO project/job management tools to coordinate resources and keep operations running.

Using Simpro, BLUi Security was able to navigate a congested pipeline of quotes and submissions across more than twenty body corporate entities and coordinate swipe-card access, cameras and alarms across twenty-six sites with up to thirty staff at each location. Simpro’s system streamlined quoting and project coordination, enabling successful delivery of those complex jobs, supporting the Security‑as‑a‑Service rollout, and helping BLUi Security maintain cash flow and scale operations without large upfront costs to customers.
