The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) faced a persistent communications challenge: aligning internal staff and 54+ National Governing Bodies (NGBs) across a fragmented structure where email dominated and engagement was low. To solve this, USOPC selected Simpplr and deployed its employee experience platform—launching a centralized site called The Hub—to create a single, familiar place for information and multi-directional communication.
Simpplr implemented The Hub with federated search, distributed administration, targeted messaging and content controls, rapidly scaling to more than a dozen sites (including a COVID-19 resource site) and onboarding 50+ NGBs. The result: Simpplr bridged the gap between the NGBs, modernized knowledge sharing, decluttered inboxes, and enabled instant, organization-wide access to resources and best practices during a critical period.
