Using Simpplr, Envestnet rebranded and migrated more than 20,000 content items into 200+ sites—reducing content volume by roughly half—and launched the new intranet within five months with a single community staffer. Simpplr’s built-in tools, federated search, and governance features (site owners, intranet managers, and 30-minute onboarding) shifted ownership to team leads, increased traffic and adoption, improved content accuracy through annual reviews, and generated positive employee feedback.
