KIO Networks, a leader in infrastructure and mission-critical IT services based in Mexico, faced significant challenges with its complex pricing structure and the Callidus CPQ system. The system was too expensive and complex for its internal admin team to maintain, which led to low user adoption, incorrect data, and operational inefficiency. To address this, they partnered with vendor Simplus for an implementation of Salesforce CPQ.

Simplus implemented Salesforce CPQ to meet KIO Networks' exact needs, which included configuring user profiles, product bundles, and various rules. The solution also featured multilingual quote generation in English and Spanish, a DocuSign integration for signatures, and custom training for the admin team. As a result of the work done by Simplus, KIO Networks improved data accuracy and operational efficiency while ensuring a smooth transition from its previous system.
