Wise Pontoon Deck Designer - 2D Product Configurator

The Wise Company, a major US manufacturer of pleasure boat seating and interiors, required a flexible 2D product configurator for pontoon renovation projects to simplify its order experience. Their challenge was to find a solution that could integrate with Shopify and be distributed to their network of dealers for both lead generation and final sales. They partnered with vendor Simplio3D to build this application.

Simplio3D implemented its SEL platform's javascript-based 2D visualization module, which provided a configurator that was compatible with most browsers and tablets. The solution included a backend for catalog management and the ability to generate unique versions for distributors. This resulted in a significantly improved sales process for the Wise Company, eliminating the cost of manual CAD drawings, reducing consultation time, improving conversion rates, and creating new marketing channels.
